Editorial illustration " How to meditate : a primer for people who don't like to meditate"

for my Lilla Rogers' MATS Bootcamp assignment.
Below is my initial sketch, next time I will experiment more with traditional media, as it is my favourite part of the creative process ...!

 
The sketch below was my initial idea, I then developed it into something completely different. I also had to use different shades of blue as a main colour palette.

Design for a phone cover ...


For the Lilla Rogers Bootcamp's first assignment, we had to design a phone cover using the theme of cuckoo clocks and experimenting with a new colour palette.

Samples of my artwork are exhibited in Plymouth Council House, from 7 Feb to 1 April 2014.




Public access to current exhibition
There will be a series of informal talks by a number of the exhibiting artists between 12 and 1pm on the following dates. There is no need to book.

The Council House will remain open until 2pm on each of these dates for public viewing of the exhibition.
